By downloading or using Squisher ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to all versions of Squisher, including the free trial and all paid license tiers.
Squisher is licensed to you, not sold. Your license type determines your permitted use:
Licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared outside the device limits above.
You may use Squisher to process images you own or have the right to process. You may not use Squisher to process content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, or for any unlawful purpose.
Paid license holders receive all future updates to Squisher at no additional cost for as long as the product is maintained. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or sunset the App at any time, with reasonable notice to users where possible.
Squisher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squisher and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or files. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and request a refund within the refund window.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. For questions or disputes, contact us first at the email below.

The Squisher application itself collects no data. It does not:
When you visit getsquisher.com, basic server access logs may be recorded by our hosting provider (Netlify). These may include your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics SDKs, or third-party scripts on this site.
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company). When you buy, you provide payment information directly to Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy may collect your name, email, billing information, and transaction details as required to process your payment and deliver your license. Their practices are governed by the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.
Your email address from checkout may be used to deliver your license key, send important product updates, and respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
When you activate a paid license in the App, a verification request is sent to Lemon Squeezy's licensing servers to confirm your key is valid. This request includes your license key and a device identifier. No image data is transmitted during this process.
We retain your email and purchase record for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@getsquisher.com.
Squisher is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

If you're not satisfied with Squisher for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
Email support@getsquisher.com with your order number (included in your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and we'll process it promptly. Refunds return to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your license key will be deactivated upon refund. You're welcome to continue using the free trial tier of Squisher afterward.
Refund requests after 30 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline requests showing evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund patterns.
